Thai Noodles

We were just in Louisville this past weekend at the Mid-America Trucking Show. As is our custom when we're traveling, we always try to find a Thai restaurant to eat at as they are scarce in mid-Missouri and we love the food. Found the Thai Smile 5 on Preston Hwy in the yellow pages and went on a Thursday evening. It was SO FLAVORFULLY AWESOME! I've been to Thai restaurants all over the U.S. and some are just OK. This one, however, was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend it if you're in the Louisville area. Prices were reasonable, service was excellent, restaurant was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We had the appetizer sampler (the peanuty satay sauce is excellent), red curry (just spicy enough - can get it spicier if you like), and pad see uw (sorry if I didn't spell that correctly) and it was just PERFECT!! Hope you can go sometime and partake of the wonderful Thai food they serve! It was definitely worth it and I'd go back in a heartbeat! Wish we had brought some home with us to enjoy again! Thanks!!
