        Overall

        He came out promptly the first time my sewer line was backed up on June 1, charged me $100 and said it was guaranteed, I believe, for 6 months. When the same problem reoccurred on November 27, he did not remember me, said nothing about a guarantee and informed me that he could not get out to my house until the 30th. He did, however, offer a different company to call and they will be out tomorrow. Only time will tell whether this company will be able to fix my drain so it stays fixed for more than just under 6 months. I do think it should have stayed fixed longer than it has. And that he could have shown more concern with this particular customer than was stated in his ad:
