They were so sweet and welcoming when I first came to the store, the atmosphere is wonderful and the items are great deals

We bought an item at the store and said we'd be back in a couple hours with our SUV. We paid and the woman said she'd put a sold sign on the item. When we returned just over an hour later, the item was gone. At first, she refused to refund the money and accused my husband of taking the item and then 30 seconds later, changed the story and said she forgot to put the sign on it and one of her coworkers sold it to someone else but that it was our fault since we didn't come back quick enough. I told her my daughter had a class and we would be back by 1:00 and we returned at 12:15. When I went back in to ask her why she told my husband that we'd be back in a few minutes when in fact, I told her we'd be back by 1:00, she lied again and told me she never said that to my husband. And from the beginning, she was probably the rudest saleswoman I've ever encountered.
