Pediatric Care

At Penobscot Pediatrics, your child may be seen 7 days a week with same day acute care and 24 hour pediatrician coverage. This Notice of Privacy Practices (Notice) describes how your medical record will be used and your rights to access and control your medical information. When you established care at Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC), you gave us your consent to treat you and to make a record of that care. Your medical record contains your symptoms, test results, diagnoses, treatment, and a plan of care for any health service you receive at PCHC, including primary and preventive medical care, care management, mental health, physical therapy, speech therapy, and audiology and dental care. This record also contains demographic information about you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and family. We refer to this record as your medical information. Physical Therapy
PCHC offers a full line of services to meet your specific needs. We make it easy to get the care you need by having Mental Health, Lab Services, X-Ray, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy right on-site. Our goal is for you to get your exam, medical tests, and medicine during the same visit.
Manual Therapy
PCHC’s Adult Wellness Center offers health care services for adults over the age of 18. Our superb, experienced care teams, coupled with our state-of-the-art facilities offer a variety of services, including: primary care, osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT), mental health and minor surgical procedures.
