Berry Kool

Saw the ad in the Royal Urban this week and stopped by the grand opening. Got my yogurt for almost half price. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Staff was friendly and was i recognized a few local high school students. Glad to have you in the Falls!!!

Kool Berry is Awesome!!!!!!!! The other reviewer must have went to a different place....or they are affiliated with one of the competitors they mentioned?? Anyway staff was helpful, showed us the ropes our first time in. My favorite flavor was the strawberry shortcake. I only do fruit as a topping which all looked very fresh. Place was much cleaner than the other yogurt places in the area (last time i went to Menchie's there was fruit and toppings mashed into the floor). Price was what I expected and the same as the other places in Strongsville.



I'll definitely be back.

I was excited to try Kool Berry and hoped it would be our family's new spot for ice cream. I was disappointed with the whole experience. The staff was not very welcoming. The frozen yogurt was not as good as Menchies or Lemon Berry. The topping selection was ok, but some of the fruit looked like it had sat on display for days. It was almost $20 for our family of four to each get a medium sized amount of yogurt with a few pieces of candy on it. I prefer Falls Ice Cream with homemade goodness if I am in that area. Very unlikely to return
