Don’t use this company they do not keep promises or appointments.

I used Waterproofing, Olney MD, Inc a few years ago to install a new sump and pump. They did a good job then.

I called them 2 weeks ago about another sump overflowing problem and scheduled an inspection for 27 Aug. When they did not show up by 9am, I called them and their very young answering service lady, Emily, had problems taking a message. I call the 2 cell phone numbers I had, on one I left a message, the other line disconnected after 10 rings.

Over 5 hours later I get a call from Mary at the company who said Steve just decided that we lived “too far” for him to bother doing work for a returning customer. This is at the same address that Steve had done work for us previously. I asked Mary again if you were coming out and she repeated ‘No, we won’t come out’.
