Capital Medical Center

My husband had surgery there and the staff and service were great. He has not needed medical care like this before and staff helped relieve his worries. HOWEVER ....I am unhappy about the billing. We made arrangements to make a cash payment that they told us was the payment in full for less than it would be otherwise. BEWARE... It isn't the truth that it is the full payment. It is still reduced, but when they say in full that means you shouldn't owe more. We do and it is very irritating to think you are done with at least part of a number of very large bills and have this one come in the mail. I feel like I have been lied to, but you don't even get to talk to anyone here, but talk to someone out of state that handles the billing after the fact.
