        Find another realty company to manage your property

        My property is next to a Windermere managed property that is an eyesore to the neighborhood.



        I went to Windermere on more than one occasion and tried to get them to have the renters clean it up. All I got was conflict with the renters, Windermere, and the owner!

        They can easily fix this negligence by actually doing the very thing they purport to be on their website.



        This has been ongoing for years. I even had a lawyer send a letter to the owner with no results. Take your business to a realty company that cares.
