Coldwell Banker

I have been dealing with Coldwell banker since September of 2010. My real estate agent was excellent. We went to see countless houses and she was never pushy, she just wanted us to be happy with our choice. We finally found one we really liked and then the people backed out. They wouldn't sell. Kim then found more listings in our price range and we continued our search once again. A month later we found another house and quickly put our bid in , but again the people decided to sell it to someone else. (the family selling knew them) Kim never gave up! She then suggested a home to us several times and then we finallly went to see it. IT was the one!!!! To make a long story short, I would highlly reccommend them. They went above and beyond what is expected. We finally got the house and didn't close till January of 2011 . They never gave up on us and that mean't alot. It showed sticktuitiveness.
