Terrible Experience!! We went there for our son’s 6 years old birthday party. Our Experience were terrible. some of the machine is not working and no one was repairing. The place is so dark and the manager did not want turn on the lights. The manager Nate Kasper is very rude and to people. I will not recommend people go there.
If i could give negative stars i would. We were invited to a party,i had my older two with me who werent participating in the party but are under age so were just sitting next to me. The facility charged us an outrageous amount "because they have to pay if they can walk around" is what we were told. So i paid for my kids...they were served 1 piece of pizza and all the kids were stoll hungry...no help serving from employees...basically the host of the party paid for a brick jail cell looking room for the kids to eat in...they could have eaten free in the doning area. The bathrooms are disgusting and have no changing table. Almost 7 dollar just for a burger. I will NEVER ever come back here...not wven if invited to a party. This place is beyond ghetto! I cannot even believe it is still in bussiness.
