Southwest Family Physicians

DON'T go to Southwest Family Physicians!!! VERY $$$ oriented and not concerned about the human being!! If you're late to an appointment, you are charged $30 for missing the appointment and you are charged the office visit fee . . . plus you will also pay for your newly scheduled appointment. You are paying double!!! Not friendly at all. They always sound as if you are putting them out on the phone . . . so heaven forbid you are sick and calling for an appointment. Don't put them out!!!!

We've been going to this clinic as a family for about 15 years . . . but I am definitely looking for a new family doctor. They're not just loosing me, but my whole family. I'm tired of being treated like I really don't matter . . . like a number . . . not a human being. Send me any of your suggestions for better doctor care in Omaha!!! This is NOT the place.
