The last 2 beef that my brother and I had cut and wrapped was Kevin at onalaska.Everything came back perfect!Nice guy,Super clean and organized,we were extremely impressed!Thanks again Kevin.

we sent this man 5 pigs all came back wrong. cutt ham,s when Not asked,, when we talked to him about it he got all nasty an wanted us to come down a fight over it.. this is not a place i would ever deal with .. after sending this man 5 people he was rude with the grower,s 0 stars

I had an elk that I needed cut and wrapped by sunday. I was leaving town and do not live close. I had it in on friday at 4:50 (closes at 5) and even though he Kevin was not open on sunday he met me there and helped me load the boxes. The shop was clean and organized. Kevin was pleasant and professional. The price per pound for cut and wrap was reasonable. Onalaska meats. (It must have formerly been Petes. as my phone led me to them)
