Overall

Was treated awfully by these people. After leaving two messages for the tech informing him I was still waiting, he never showed. Worse, he never called to say he wasn't coming. Sears was sorry they "inconvenienced" me. Wasting an entire day while I could have been getting my house ready for a sale is more than an inconvenience. Vile people.
