1. examine pre-existing conditions daily; including gutters, downspouts, siding, paint, eaves, rakes, walls, shrubbery, landscapes, ect

2. yard cleaned, free from all debris, magnet run-daily

3. all debris loaded completely into trailer

4. rotten or damaged lumber replaced-note types and amounts

5. gutters cleaned-free from all leaves, shingles, felts and nails

6. felt installed correctly-smooth, flat,proper nail pattern-no buckshot pattern

7. overhang 1 -1/4" along all eaves and rakes

8. valleys worked correctly; ice and water, correct shingle lap length

9. Shingles nailed correctly; no underdriven, overdriven,or angled fastners

10. shingles installed correctly; straight, uniform, proper exposure and pattern

11. New pipe boots installed correctly, nailed on top, no exposed fasteners

12. all penetrations flashed correctly; vents

13. chimney/walls flashed; 4" ice and water, step flashing and counter flashings

14. valleys at point set or done by owners request

15. roof cleaned and free from all debris; nails, scraps,rubberbands, ect

16. ridgecap/ridgevent installed properly; straight, uniform, proper coverage

17. shingles laying smooth to deck; no nail pops or damaged shingles

18. YARD CLEANED, FREE FROM ALL DEBRI MAGNET RUN
