I recently purchased a used LECTROTRUCK stair climbing hand truck and took it to the manufacture (Innovatuve Moving Systems) to have it checked out to make sure everything was working 100%. The owner provided me with excellent customer service taking the necessary time to answer all my many questions. He was even so kind to print me a copy of the owners manual and give me a CD copy of the operators training video at no charge.
