        Late Friday, I called my regular AC company OASIS but they can’t come till the following week. There’s no way I’m going through weekend without AC specially we are having heat advisory. I called AAC and the office lady said they’ll be at my house around 5:30. The service guy showed up a hour early. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained to me what was the problem which was my outside unit was frozen. He explained and showed me every step of what he is doing. He stayed until the problem was resolved. OASIS is a good company but I’m now switching all my AC and heating service to AAC. Good company and people to work with.

        Overall

        The people are all exceptional, down to the bookkeeper. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were kind and helped me when I didn't have enough to pay them. They let me make a payment plan. They had looked after my old air/unit but I bought a new one from them and will be happy that they will continue to take care of it. Not many people in the world like them...I feel blessed to have met them.
