Ashton Way Apartments

I moved into Ashton Way when they were built. At first, everything was nice. Then , we got a new Mgr. over a year ago, things have gone down since. She gets out of her car and goes right to her office, never to be seen till she goes to lunch. Previous Mgr. drove thru every morning and picked up trash in the yards. This one seldon answers the phone nor returns calls. She won't give out contact information for "higher UpS". WHY???? My ref. has rusty spots all over it again. Last year, finally she had it sprayed, but it is right back like it was. Why do I have to put up with that?
I am NOT a racist, however, she leets the blacks get by with anything they want to do. Pull up shubbery, plant gardens, etc. When other Mr=gr. was here she required the storm doors to look alike. Which did make it look nice, however , this Mgr. Lets them put up anything they want , Even hang clothes on the front porch. My son sdaid I should call aTV station and let them investigate. A great idea!

I recently went to Ashton Way with a friend to get an apt, and the manager, Dottie Shanks, was the sweetest person. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was polite and seemed to be a very caring person. My friend ended up taking an apt there due to Mrs. Shanks great attitude. This is a very great place for seniors and when I am in need of a place, it will be the first one I go to.
