Tustin Car Wash

I HATE this place!!!



The first time I went here they left streaks along the side of my car, but I decided to give them a second chance. That was a huge mistake.



I went in on my lunch break and purchased the "Deluxe" car wash for $20. Well, it took forever and they did a horrible job. Unfortunately I didn't realize how horrible it was until I was already back at work. They left bird poop on the top of my hood and they also didn't put the air freshener I paid for.



I took my car back the next day to request a re-wash from the manager. When I explained what happened the worker called the "Manager" who came up and was soooo unprofessional. When I showed him my car he said very nonchalantly "oh, the $#!t" I couldn't believe that he was using profanity in front of an unsatisfied customer!



Anyhow, he insisted on telling me that it wasn't poop, but that it was my paint. Can you believe that?!?! Anyway, after insisting that he re-wash my car he finally did.



When I got my car back at the end of the wash and dry, my tires did not have the armor-all on them that I had originally paid for. And once again, he questioned me about it and wanted to look at my receipt again. He was treating me like I was the one trying to cheat him out of something! And then they still forgot to spray the air freshener.



But wait, it gets better. After I drove down the street and turned my radio on, I came to discover that now I had a broken antennae!!! It's electrical and my guess is that they just shoved it down.



I'm telling you, this place is horrible and I will never again have my car washed by them. I am also going to share this experience with everyone who will listen. Since yesterday I've shared with a few people and two of them that I know of are taking their vehicles elsewhere for a car wash. Even if it means paying a little more!
