Eckert, Stacy A Attorney

Stacy Eckert and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. They are with you every step of the way & always have time for you - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He was even there for us 5 years after BK closed when we had questions when we were refinancing - can't say enough GREAT things about this attorney! I wouldn't choose or recommend another for such a difficult time - and we did go into another local office & walked out - I'm so glad we found Stacy Eckert!

$125 for half an hour consultation which included Mr. Eckert musing aloud that Pam Bondi may have gotten her position because of her appearance (a very common opinion, according to Mr. Eckert). He said he'd ask a buddy about my situation and get back in two or three days. A week later, and he still hasn't returned several calls to his office. Now I've run out of time to file papers with the court. Don't know what to do now.

*edit* Mr. Eckert sent a check for $125 along with a request to edit or remove this review. I will edit it, but won't accept the refund. I paid for a consultation and that is what I received. However, I was eager and willing to pay for the preparation and timely filing of papers with the court. I waited for his response as instructed. Unfortunately, it came much too late. Hopefully, my life isn't destroyed as a result.
Mr. Eckert is a very likable man and I'm sure he's more than competent at his profession. This review only reflects my experience. Yours may differ.

A couple of years ago he handled my bankruptcy and he was great. He handled everything, I didnt have to lift a fingure. He was refured to me by a friend. I went in, gave him my information, paid my fee and the next thing I knew it was over. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. I highly recomend him.
