Arbors At Orange Park

I would NOT recommend moving here. Came 3000 miles cross country and regret choosing these apartments. I find the staff biased and the residents ghetto.



My downstairs neighbor is psychotic. Constantly complains to the office that cleaning my apartment, my toddler playing, and listening to music in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY disturbs her. Lots of traffic to her apt. and she leaves trash and dirty diapers on her front porch constantly. The office does nothing but try to push US to move to another apartment. We feel unsafe and have even moved where we park our cars.



The pool is apparently a "community" pool because I see people walking to it from all the local neighborhoods, as well as groups coming and going in cars. It is always crowded with random kids and people smoking.



The cardio equipment and television in the "fitness center" don't even work, and the open blinds into the office means everyone can watch you work out...weird.



No recycling....in 2010???



I wish I'd never moved here.
