This business sucks, I rented from them , they are slum lords. Never wanted to fix the bathroom, closet doors, electrical wiring and cracks in windows. Not to mention the landlord lives next door to the rental on Atlantic Ave in Orangeburg,... SC never wanted to be bothered. Middleton agency manages the property, barely, property manager never available, slow to answere back. Refused to refund my deposit, after informing her that I was vacating the premises.
