Awful manager is rude to people who are not her favorite people only 1 maintenance man kids can’t be kids in this place

I moved in here two months ago I told them that they have floorboards loose under the carpet when I moved in and weak spots in the floors. The apartment manager says she knows. They have a cement floor under them. In my bathroom it is lower in the center of the room to the point of almost stepping down to it. I have received two noise complaints. The first one came a week later after the complaint. I asked the apartment manager about it and she could not find it and said she gave me on. The second notice came after a lady from the apartment below me came and forcefully pounded on my door. As soon as I open it she said yelling at me you have one choice cut out the noise that your kids are making or I am going to tell the office. I said tell the office and shut the door. I was not going to argue. A week later I get a notice telling me one more time and I will be evicted. I talked to the apartment manger about it and told her the kids were playing wii where you move around and you got loose boards. She said I know but if she complains again we are forced to evict you. I told her about the woman from down stairs and two other people. They don't care about that. They have people that sit and wait for you to break a rule and tell the office on you. You could find a better place to live than Kingston Court of Oregon.

I lived here a year. I was told fully equiped kitchen to find thats not true. thier so called park for kids is completely neglected. i wouldnt ever let my children play on it. I did my walk through and found quite a few things wrong which were not fixed. upon moving out they are now trying to charge me for! As i was living there my apartment was flooded from the idiot upstairs who left his bath running. I had to wait a week before it was even fixed. They are trying to charge me for the water damages now. The washers and driers were constantly out of service from either being broken into or just broken. The prices were raised on the wash without proper 30 day notification. the neighbors are rude! YThe people on the third floor would constantly play music loud and i was on the bottom floor and at 11 -12 at night trying to get my kids to go to sleep and stay asleep was difficult. after leaving multiple messages with the office (since no one is ever in the office) I would call the police. I had crack heads knocking on my door and people asking for a ride here or there its completely over run by punks durring the warm seasons smoking pot in the entry way. after reporting this nothing was taken care of. I was at one point compensated for the trouble with the flooding of my apartment by a deduction off my rent. but then they decided they didnt want to do that so then i was charge for not paying the full rent which i had thought was fine seeing as i thought i had a credit. Huge rip off! Maintenance was about the only thing except for the fact that their blinds dont fit the windows so they constantly fall and break which they are attempting
