If you choose Hansen Lighting, forget about customer service! The sales people are very eager to take your order, ( email by the way, he was never available to meet in person) but, if something needs to be replaced such as a cracked shade or a missing screw, it is dead silence. I made several trips to the store where the receptionist was not allowed to help because my salesperson needed to order them. He had promised through email to get back to me. He was always on vacation or not available when I went in. After multiple attempts and being told that they were ordered, the receptionist took a glass off of the showroom display and said she would personally order the screw. I have never heard back. Hopefully, I will get better service at Lowe's and find a screw that is similar.
