Duct Cleaning
Upon arrival the Tech. found furnace fully operational. There are no supply dampers throughout the ductwork. Recommending two portable units that supply heat and a/c. Also, there is a substantial buildup of debris inside the ducts and branches. Recommending a duct cleaning. The Tech. found a very old and dirty furnace filter, changed the 16x25x1 furnace filter. The furnace was fully operational at departure.
