Overall

their front end staff is incompetent. when i went in for my appt they said it wasn't scheduled until 2 months from then at a totally different time. When i told them that's not what i scheduled for at all the receptionist just blankly looked at me. It would be fine normally since i understand mistakes happen but this is the third time it's happened. I will be telling everyone i know never to come here because they can't do a simple thing like schedule appts.

Vitiligo is a skin condition resulting from loss of pigment which produces white patches. Any part of the body may be affected. Usually both sides of the body are affected. Cassie Basak is a board certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Dominican University in River Forest, IL with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Iowa. As a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, she is working to complete the SDPA Diplomat Fellowship. Cassie joined Fine Skin in February, 2019. Using 650 microsecond technology, a high energy pulse is delivered into both the epidermis and deeper dermis.
