Bella Vita Medi Spa & Salon

I've had both a signature facial and a deep tissue massage at this place. I purchased a half off depot deal for a facial and a 6 month membership, which gives you 50% off certain services. I will admit I was slightly skeptical after reading some negative reviews online, but decided to check them out. First of all, the spa is beautiful inside. Very clean and welcoming, and I was treated wonderfully by everyone I interacted with there. The facial was great and thorough, very relaxing. And my skin looks and feels great, even a week later! I had a deep tissue massage today by Endi... AH-MAZING!! Those little hands of hers have some serious magical powers! I have had many massages in my days, especially as an athlete who truly needs them after tough workouts or races! She worked out the tension in my muscles like no one else ever has. All I've got to say is that I will, without hesitation, return to Bella Vita for my spa needs. Give them a chance, despite what some reviewers may say! I know I'm glad I did!!

The worst spa I have ever gone to it should not even be legal to call this place a spa

I didn't even make it through the door, thank goodness. The associate who was supposed to book my appointment, Steve, was grossly incompetent and quite condescending. I asked to speak to a manager, and he was just as awful. The manager's name was Scott. After explaining how uncomfortable I was with the way Steve had addressed me, Scott's exact words were, "We really don't care if you come in or not."



Enough said my friend, so I did not.

Horrific experience, was told to arrive 30 min before my apt time, and waited an hour to be seen. A person who came after me was seen before i was. I asked twice when tech will see me they said in a few min but it took for ever. When i told tech i was waiting since 9:30am she stated she didnt even get there till 10am. They do not communicate with each other very well. I had a procedure done on my face and didnt even get after care instructions. They maybe in a decent location but their service is not even half way decent. Groupon should have also researched this company before they allowed them to sell their services on their website. HORRIFFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have had similar issues with this place. I as well used my eversave coupon and noticed that the massage was sub-par. It was not even worth my time. It seems that they put their worst LMTs (IF they are in fact licensed) on those who bought the coupon. It certainly wasn't their best foot forward. My massage also was about 35 minutes, and I'm not an idiot and can tell time. They said I could have a 15 minute chair massage...but I'm not stepping foot in there again.

Bella Vita Medi Spa is the WORDT spa I have ever been to. I have tried to use my eversave voucher since it was purchased last July (it is now January). The spa has cancelled my appointment 3 times, each time not calling or informing me prior to my arrival for the appointment. When I call to make future appointments and state that I have an eversave voucher, they tell me that they do not have spa technicians that work nights or weekends. However, when I call and don't mention the voucher they surprisingly do. Also, when using another voucher that was purchased prior to the one in question, the promised 50-minute session was only 35-minutes (upon complaint they rudely told me I read the clock wrong).



Upon researching the topic I found numerous other complaints/similar scenarios regarding this spa. They are unprofessional, rude people who do not showcase any significant knowledge of spa services in comparison with other local spas.
