Hi this is Chris Wells the owner of Car Carrier Network. I wanted to let all my potential and past clients know that the last review is a fraudulent review most likely posted by one of our competitors. We provide daily status updates of the progress of your shipment, we only bite off what we can chew and we never leave our customers hanging out to dry. Also, I'am probably one of the most hands on owners in the industry and if you call in you most likely would be speaking and working with me directly.

They charge your credit card but don't do the work.
4 days after their promised date to pick up my car they still didn't show up. Every time I call they said they are finding a driver. They also told me they could not find a driver because there was a storm in a city that is 300 miles away 3 weeks ago!

Nick was personable and offered great customer service from start to finish. Pick up and delivery was prompt. Car reached its destination safe and sound. Thank you Nick and driver Igor.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Aveo Auto Transport . the contact person that assisted me was very professional and courteous. I loved the fact, that they provide you with contact number to driver transporting your car.

Car Carrier Network is great to use for a mid size or lower vehicle, larger vehicles are difficult to get a carrier, but Car Carrier Network was helpful.

From beginning to end, Nick and the rest of his team were professional, kind and delivered my son's car on time not to mention the best price for such outstanding service. They kept in touch with us every step of the way to keep us informed. We are very pleased and recommend them highly.

I've never shipped a car before, and getting something mission critical right the first time can be nerve-wracking. I received a lot of quotes for this job, and chose Car Carrier Network specifically because they were not trying to be the lowest bidder (a practice which makes me nervous). The transport went off without a hitch, and they were even able to accommodate a very tight, last minute pick-up within a day or two.



The driver was extremely courteous, calling me numerous times while en route through my city, letting me know of traffic accidents and his progress. I live in a large metropolitan area that is frequently congested, so I wasn't surprised he was being held up, just surprised he would keep calling me to tell me. I felt he was as concerned about getting me the car as I was about getting it.



The car arrived dusty, but unharmed by transport. The driver even apologized for the dust, explaining he had to pick up cars off a dirt road. Honestly, I never expected a car to arrive clean from a cross-country trip so that didn't bother me in a least.



Just today, my rep called to ask my opinion of the whole experience, a follow-up action I greatly appreciated. Something of this magnitude could have been a nightmare, but it wasn't. Car Carrier Network was honest, fairly-priced, prompt, and courteous.
