Worst park Owners ever . They NEVER , answer your E-mail ,The rent goes up every year .There Are NO amenities to speak of .I have lived here for 32 years ,only because I haven't the means to move and am not well . Do your selves a GREAT favor and stay AWAY . I hate it but will unfortunately be here till I Die .

worst place i ever lived many rules and regulations but you get nothing in return the rent goes up every year many people are on a limited income and can't afford the lot rent and had to leave there homes .You can't move your home until it's paid for so your stuck there or give your home back maintenance is horrible you have more dirt then grass your have to do your own weed trimming the streets have pot holes .and don't be late with that rent cause you'ii get a $75 late fee even if it's one day many people are paying up to $600 for lot rent plus there mortgage .I wish hud or section 8 would look at this property or some housing authourity there's got to be a cap on what they can charge for a small piece of land they own many properties but the one on Herrell Rd in east orlando is the worst.

Id say dont do it its like a prison you dont have a home you take space in a prison lot you cant do this you have to do that your lot rent raises every year but you have to wash your house weed wack your lawn cant have certain pets cant check your own car out cant have more than 2 cars in your own driveway you cant you cant but if you do well your going to get a letter ooh watch out for your letter lets not keep the dogs from running wild lets not keep the loud music down or hell gun fire every now than again but dont forget to wash and weed wack!!! this place deserves no rating at all!!!
