The only reason they are getting a one star you can't go any lower,2 years and $645.00 later no sell on our time share i wish i lived down there i would pay them a little visit can not even get these----------on the phone the 866 # not working and the area phone # not working so I GUESS I"M THE SUUCKER HERE WILL ONLY BE PLAYED ONCE< Don't use these people take that $645.00 and go on a vacation in that timeshare you don't want.Time Share For Sale Cheap!!!!!!

I not only had them rent my timeshare in Kissimmee, i actually rented a unit from them in Daytona for Bike Week. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent their personal timeshares or if they are looking to rent a property for a vacation.

This company is nothing more then a scam. They tell you that they can sell your property in a few weeks..three years later I sell property and now I did not sell it correctly and can not get my money back as stated in thier contract.

My parents and I are very dispointed in this company we have been with them since 9-2007 in order to sell our Time Share that has never been used....Guess what they took the money and we never heard a word from them yet....We were told it would be sold in a few weeks...well this has been a very very long weeks.....You also need to call every 6 months to keep your property on the list...well now I get an answering machine and no one returns my call, so I guess were are off the list....but I keep trying to reach someone but no luck just a machine.....Please be very very careful who you choose to list your property with.....
