Knightscircle

One of the best places I have ever lived! Very scenic and relaxing because of all the nature in the complex.

Due to being a transfer student, this year has been my first year away from home. You can expect for anyone in my position to be a bit nervous and homesick; especially, amid the pandemic. Knights Circle has done an amazing job an ensuring that their community suits everyone's needs. It's great to live in such a big community and enjoy all the amenities offered. My favorite has to be the newly renovated study room. Knights Circle puts into place reservations for residents to book a private study room. So helpful and COVID-safe!

I love everything about living here. Its super close to main campus and they have a shuttle service that takes you to and from campus! The bedrooms are fully furnished when you move in, which is super nice because I didn't have to worry about bringing heavy furniture up the stairs! I recommend this community to everyone!

Although it is not the least expensive apartment complex in the area it is definitely worth the cost. The staff is helpful and friendly, the maintenance team is efficient and effective, and the amenities are great. I especially love connective with other residents at the basketball courts by my apartment. The location of Knights Circle is excellent. It is close to campus as well as grocery stores and local restaurants. I highly recommend Knights Circle to anyone looking for a place to live near UCF.

My daughter moved in August of 2020 and the move in process was surprisingly simple with no contact; took all of five minutes actually.
She likes her roommates that she got from the matching process. Location is the best benefit. Price is ok, not great. The office staff have been very helpful when we've had to contact them which is good as we're out of state.
We did save money by renewing her lease in October which seems crazy to me as it's so early, but I guess that's the norm down there. Wish we had more in person activities for her to meet people, but it's understandable.
