LensCrafters

I became a first time patient of Lens Crafters on Thursday, June 4th located at the 891 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828 (store # 01634). I understand that customers usually write, email, or call when they have complaints, but I believe that companies should also receive feedback when they provide excellent services and/or products.



Upon arrival I was cordially greeted by opticians working in the front area of the store who directed me to the optometrist location towards the rear of the store. I was very pleased with how inviting and attentive Dr. Tucker was. She educated me on my eye needs and discussed various available contact lenses options available to me. Her assistant, Jamie Milia was also very courteous and professional and they seem to work very well as a team.



I had to take time out of my day to provide feedback because I have always had very poor vision since age 4 which resulted in me shying away from having yearly exams as in which everyone should do, but Dr. Tucker made me feel very welcome and like I was no different from any of her other patients and I greatly appreciate the exceptional service her and Jamie provided me with. I will also be returning to her office faithfully on a yearly basis to have my eyes examined and to purchase new contact lenses.



If you work or attend school in the Waterford Lakes area, I highly recommend having your eyes examined for glasses and/or glasses by Dr. Tucker. She's will make you feel as though you're her only patient.
