        This company sent me the wrong phone that was also missing its SIM card. They (Mr. Small) refused to send me the missing SIM card or refund my money unless I paid them full shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee for a phone that I didn't even order. To make matters worse, they emailed me a return mailing label stating that I wanted to return the phone because I changed my mind even though phone was missing its SIM card and not what I ordered!!!
