        Jcpenney's price, Walmart quality.

        You can get ALMOST anything you find in Kohl's, often times for $10-15 or much less at Walmart (if you are willing to roam their lot for awhile parking, or put up with the minority crowds bumping you at every other aisle with little regards). Otherwise Kohl's, the same cheap quality but overpriced.
