Textures by Blue Sky, Inc

This is my third time to hire Textures By Blue Sky. My delight and satisfaction with their work, price and customer service means they are the only company I will ever call for popcorn removal, repair to ceilings and walls, texturing new drywall, re-texturing and blending, etc. This includes interior ceilings and walls and garage ceilings, too. Walberto and his crew - Edilio, Wilmar and Yorbhely - are friendly, polite, informative, thoughtful, comprehensive, clean, thorough, efficient and hardworking. If I could give them a rating higher than five stars, I would.

I read reviews online about wallpaper removal & liked Will Phillip's reviews. I left him a message to call & instead someone from Textures by Blue Sky called. She said Will gave them my # since he was too busy. He should have just told me this without giving out my # without asking. Anyway, I was asked stupid questions on the sq footage of my house, year it was built, etc. none of which matters to take down wallpaper. She made an appt for Friday between 9-10. I asked for a courtesy call when they were heading out. She sad they would not do that. Well, it's now Friday, 8:45. I called to get a better timeframe since I was doing housework & didn't want to miss hearing the doorbell. She said they'd be here between 9-10. I said since they would do the courtesy call, could she be more precise. Again she said they'd be here between 9-10. I hung up frustrated. She did however call back to advise no one was coming. Great customer service, NOT!!! Guess the only business they could get is someone else's leftovers anyway. Pathetic company. Glad I hired someone else who showed up on time, gave a courtesy call & was just professional! I would give them a zero star rating but the site requires me to give at least 1.
