The Wrench Connection

My wife went for a simple oil change and front brakes. They charged her $114 parts and $209 labor that took one hour. I guess they are surgeon now

I went to 3 other auto repair shops before I found the wrench connection on yp.com. These guys do great work. everywhere elsee quoted me over $1000 to fix my car but the wrench connection took a look at it for FREE and saw what was really wrong with my car and fixed it for $300 dollars less and now it runs great.

I finnally found an honest mechanic. I would send my own mom to the wrench connection.

I called them for an estimate for air conditioner on my 2002 Town and Country Limited. They told me that it was a free estimate but that there was a diag charge. I asked them if that was part of the estimate. They told me it was separate. I asked them if the diag was part of the repair or part of the estimate. Then they said it was separate, but it seems that there is not a free estimate, but there's a separate diag charge which is not part of the repair.

I met Rick(owner) a few months ago and I could not have asked for a better experience. He runs his shop with honesty, he is very knowledgeable, his staff is great and the place is clean! I'm definetly a customer for life!!
