Toyota of Orlando

Super unprofessional and a HUGE time waster!! My sister and I called ahead to make sure we can help our mother sell her car. We advised Winnie (sp?) That we had a power of attorney form and we were told that was ok. Our mother is 73 and lives in Brevard county..she CANNOT make the drive. We asked the 2 people before finally speaking with a sales person..no one said anything about the POA form. Once we got with the correct person and AFTER they took down all of our information (that they kept btw) we were advised that it is not the company's policy to sell with a POA form. The manager said it has been the policy for 20 years. My sister said to him.. "then all of your employees should know." He told us to try Carmax instead. We are ALL toyota owners in our family but we will not be using this inept dealership again!

Was on vacation and my A/C was not working. Travis got the problem diagnosed , the part ordered and in 24 hours my problem was fixed and we enjoyed our 2 weeks of vacation. Even got a loaner while they did the repairs. Great service!!! Highly recommend!

They provide a good price on servicing my car . All you need is appointment and you will be in and out in just a short wait while relaxing in the customer lounge. Wish they have one dealership close to where I live.

I had an offer online but when there they change the story saying the car was not available for the price as stated online and even after i confirmed with the online sales agent, also one of the sales agents his name is victor was very unprofessional because he even say that with the type of income I had, no bank will give me a loan and that was after they approved me a loan prior with another sale agent, he was definitely very rude and I let the manager know about it, I just wanted to give my opinion here, but the experience was not pleasant, but I admit the guy who gave me the ride in the new car was very nice.

Prices were marked and available, and the selection was huge.
