I LOVE MY NEW NISSAN ALTIMA I always wanted one and Universal Nissan showed me how I could afford it. Ask for Greg, very professional and he saved me a bundle! I didn’t feel pressured and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. I really appreciate their service and they will have my business for life!

Horrible service department. Dishonest and unknowledgable. I took my car in for a minor repair. They broke my fuel gauge. They then attempted to charge me $200 to fix it. I refused to pay. I was able to find a way online to fix it for $6! Please, please trust me and take your business elsewhere. Thank you.

Sometimes I forget things, but when any of my family members or I go to this dealership for maintenance the reality comes alive. Never trust these guys!

thanks to paul in the service dept and a few other service dept men who helped make an innocent human error correct. I hope Mr Young, the manager of the service department learns better costomer service skills, It was very saddening to be lied to and treated so rudely. Thank god there are other good service people here!

I hate buying cars, it’s such a drag to buy a new car especially with those vulture salesmen. That’s why im so surprised at how wonderful Universal Hyundai is! They allowed me to look around without feeling like I was being stalked and didn’t ask me how I liked the car every 2 min. I went on a very pleasant test drive and finance was just as nice. The people at Universal Hyundai are so kind and nurturing I will definitely come back here when my wife’s lease it up!

Let me begin to explain the five star rating. First star is for the cleaniness of the dealership and their vehicles. Every vehicle I looked at really seemed to be brand new, like it was just delivered in the morning. Second star is for the kind courtesy of the receptionist who never transferred me to wrong person on the phone. The rest of the three stars goes to the salesman and finance who made my purchasing a breeze. For competency and courtesy I highly recommend this dealership.

i had an awesome experience with this dealership the best i have ever had! i'e been trying to buy my very own first car in forever but every other dealer i have visited either had gross men eye balling me and making me feel super uncomfortable or really snobby ugly old hags who couldnt put even put on lipstick correctly but everyone at Universal Nissan are so nice and respectful they made my car buying experience easy and comfortable. especialy James hr helped me get my dream car a 350Z and gave me the best price i could have eevr imagined I will be buying my next car from here for sure!

My experience, which was with Universal Nissan was a very positive one. I would especially like to compliment the Sales Staff. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and always did what was promised, even after the sale. I have had too many experiences with businesses where people say they will call you, or look into something, and then you do not hear from them. This is not the case with Universal Nissan. Keep up the good work.

Although I have never really been a Hyundai fan per se, I can’t express what a great buying experience that I recently had at Universal Hyundai. I am so impressed with my 2010 Sonata and I feel like I got the price I wanted and researched prior to coming in. I have not seen quite as much enthusiasm as the staff at Universal, even if seemed fake at time I did appreciate the effort on their part. I’m glad that there are still good dealerships around that are helpful and friendly.

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadating and polite. I got to test drive some cars and the salesman seemed like a really nice man and I’m pretty sure I got a great deal on the Altima especially for it’s milage! When my lease is up I will get another car from Universal

I had a very pleasant experience with Mark at Universal Nissan. I highly recommend any Universal dealer! I got a fair price without all the usual run around and bs I got last time I bought a car from a dealership. I had an issue with financing and they worked with me for over two weeks to get it straightened out. Thank you Mark and everyone in the finance department. I will be back for my next car

Last week I came in for a front license plate as I did not have one (bought the car out of a state that does not require them). I drive a 1998 and the gentleman in the parts department spend a good 15 minutes trying to track down the appropriate parts for the car. Lo and behold, the part had been discontinued. I panicked a bit, as improvisation is my strong suit with automobiles, but the gentleman in parts spoke with the gentleman in service. A few minutes later, the gentleman from service came over with a drill and quickly put my front license plate in place. When I asked about a charge, both men said there would be no charge. I feel they both went above and beyond to help me with what I thought would be a minor issue and truned out to be something a bit more. i want to thank them for their great service, I will definitely be using them again.

We had sent out numerous Internet pricing requests to multiple dealer ships in our search for a car. They were they first to respond (some never did respond). Also, they were the only to promptly reply to my multiple email inquiries. On Saturday morning we began our search for a car and started here. After that we visited other dealers here in the area. Our experience at these other dealer ships with the sales personnel was mostly negative and unpleasant. The high pressure tacticsand know it all attitudes some of the sale people used on us was unbelievable. At the end of the day we were beat and worn out (shopping for a car is very trying). We reflected back on our experience and we both agreed that if we were going to buy a car it would be here because of how we were treated on our initial visit. The support and no pressure negotiation process was fantastic! They were a real pleasure to work with and we are going to let all our friends and co-workers who are in the market for a car know about it.

Our experience with Universal Nissan was, as always, professional and very friendly. Wayne & I were shocked when we found out our salesman sent the cars back to the service department to be detailed & serviced at 10:30 P.M.!! (A++) We had no idea the guys were still working and that we would be driving new cars home last night with full tanks of gas (A+++)?... but we did, which added to the excellent customer service. We thanked the serviceman who prepped both cars and they in turn thanked us (A++++) for being loyal, repeat customers. Wayne knows all the parts & service guys on a first name basis. He took the Titan in just last week to purchase 4 new tires & have them mounted on the truck. They always give him a discount on service and parts (A+++++).

What a wonderful honest dealer. Service advisor Kristie was truly the best! My car has over 100,000 miles and they have ensured that whatever needs to be fixed gets fixed. No over charges, just pure honesty. My car sounded like it was blowing up and they didn't charge me an outragous amount..they were honest and found 2 bolts lose and fixed it! Thank you for your honesty! Thank you Kristie for being the best of the best.
