Window World of the Heartland

Let me start by saying we were very impressed after first stopping in the store when shopping for windows and talking to a very nice lady, owners mom I believe. Kevin the salesman came out and was very helpful and professional. The problems did not occur until the installation of our windows. Cracked frame, torn screen and a wrap and caulk job that looked like 8 year old boy did. we did call and express our concerns and they sent out their inspector, he agreed it was a poor job and offered to send out his "best" to fix the issues. Someone did come out and did a much better job, but was still average at best. The main problem is they sub-contract out the installations. These two that came out and did our windows had no business installing windows. They may have better guys, but we sure did not get them
