Loyalty drains and sewers L.L.C.

I've used James in the past for a couple of toilet installations. Yesterday, I came home from work and noticed a leak in my garage. I called him and he walked me through what I needed to do in order to control the situation until he could come by the next day. I would never have thought to flip the circuit so that my hot water tank wouldn't burn out the element after turning off the main water. He arrived the next day and fixed the leak - using copper (the old line rusted out). He also found and fixed another leak. His price is right. He's prompt. He's extremely gifted in his craft. He is my go to plumber. I have used him 3 times now. And will be using him again for any future needs that arise. Highly recommend!!!
