Dr. Ruck definitely knows what he is doing. I had the most extensive exam ever. Dr. Ruck answered all questions to my satisfaction with great expertise. He was recommended to me by 3 others who were totally satisfied with their experiences with him. I received 2 pair of glasses at a very good price. Great optometrist to go to.

Donald Ruck is the worst optometrist I have ever had. Rude, unpleasant, and above all, incompetent. He only seems to know one kind of contact lenses and has no clue what other kinds are available on the market or what powers they come in. If you ask him a question he becomes defensive and condescending. His office equipment is antiquated and he gave me an incorrect prescription twice. Save your money and don;t make the same mistake I made: go to a different optometrist.
