McClone

Very poor customer service. Always happy to sell me something, but extremely unresponsive when I have questions with regards to my current policies

My experience with the McClone Agency has been a positive one -- my agent has been responsive and diligent in resolving issues I've had as well as answering any questions that I've posed.

I would not recommend the McClone agency. After being with them for many years for personal insurance and for our business insurance they have not given good customer service. We have shopped a little and found a wonderful company to do business. If you care about price (and not feeding the insurance agents and companies money so they can have expensive boxes at sporting events) and about good customer service look somewhere else and not to McClone!
