Potbelly Sandwich Works

Usually I would love potbelly’s. I get the same thing every time but I just got back from there and I tried to call the number multiple times and no one answered. I was calling to let you guys know that I did not get what I ordered but I didn’t want to drive all the way across town to tell you guys. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I spent like $20 there all together and the other food was correct but I ordered pickles and onion on my sandwich and the only thing I got was chicken salad and a tomatoe. I get you guys just opened but I don’t want to spend the money to get something half done and not be able to do anything about it because no one will answer the phone
