Stay away from the 2 crazy foreigners! The man named Haffar cannot be a real doctor! Maybe that is why he is selling his business this month. I am told that he will be gone by 1-1-13. His secretary is not stable either. I have met alot of Doctors and secretaries in my years but I have honestly NEVER been yelled at by one. My thought is that he isn't a real doctor and the FBI is closing in on him and his accomplice, AKA "the fat lady". These two people could not be more unprofessional. They do not listen, they do not talk. They yell! In my experience, people who get defensive for no reason, usually have the most to hide. I am in the process of writing to the AMA and am asking that they investigate Mr. Haffar. He doesn't seem to stay in one place for very long. He was in Appleton before this and is now selling his business, here in Oshkosh, only to buy another on the other side of town! Shady??? I think so. The sale should be complete by the end of this month, unless the buyers read this. Then, perhaps, they can low ball this yahoo and get this business (or what is left of it) dirt cheap. In my opinion, Mr. Haffar is the worst excuse for a neurologist I have ever dealt with!!! i could not leave this site without rating him. He is not worth the 1 star I was FORCED to give him in order to be able to comment about him and his sidekick. Please stay far far away and BEWARE of another Neurology or Pain Management Clinic popping up. Who knows what kind of a doctor he will pretend to be nest. Watch out for the name Ahmad Haffar and run fast and far if you see it on a door or clinic window. He is bad news.
