Goodrich Quality Theaters

This place has gotten a lot better since the remodeling. Still a bit expensive and they do assigned seats (which can be good or bad depending on your opinion). But it's a very atmospheric place now, and seats are comfy with good views.

I feel like I was watching a movie in prison. The manager comes out to give a speech. Then there are people watching u the whole time. I go to a movie to relax not be under guard. Very disappointing experience.

I used to love this theatre, but latley it has really "gone down the tubes". The prices are going up and the service continues to drop. Management is never present and the employees are rude and immature! The parking lot is now filled with kids hanging around making rude comments, making one feel unsafe and unwelcome. I will no longer be taking my biusness here!

Twice we have gone there and been charged double the sales tax. When we called it to their attention it was a "computer error" in the cash register. We got a correct accounting but how many others got robbed.

Use to be my theater of choice,not any more it has become extemely unaffordable for both tickets and snacks.There is always kids hanging out some make you feel uncomfortable. They charge extreme prices for snacks the popcorn must be marked up 1000% a tub cost no more than 10 cents maybe to make yet they charge 3.50 on up to 6 or 7 dollars. The movie ticket should come down 2 or 3 dollars then more people could afford a night out. I have a family of 4 and with tickets and snacks it cost us 55 dollars and thats sharing drinks and popcorn !!! Who in these hard times can afford a family night. They should offer family packages. Prices are reasonable and theatre is usually clean, however, staff is very immature and rude. When I recently placed an order for a drink, and then noticed a popcorn and drink special, I asked to change the special, and the young African American women stated, too late. You cant change it. When I demanded to cancell it. She refused. Also refused to let me speak to the manager.
