        I had a very unprofessional ex...

        I had a very unprofessional experience. An employee thought he was smart and swore at my husband while he was in the car but being that my husband is not stupid could read his lips and knew exactly what the employee had said. When the manager got involved he did not even recognize that the employee was wrong. When I tried to further explain how his employee was wrong, the manager literally said "THAT'S IT I'M DONE! You're just upset to be upset". He then went on to point out how other customers are much more patient. At that point my husband was so angry we decided there was no other option then to just leave. This store has horrible guest service and it is probably because the manager is a very rude and disrespectful young man who obviously is not concerned with protecting his stores integrity. I will never go back there again, the manager said he was "DONE with me, well I'm DONE with BJ's!
