Mid-Atlantic Sign Solutions

My office recently opened a satellite location in Baltimore City. We were looking for a few items 1) a coming soon sign 2) a window sign and 3) backlit signs for the street location. I got 2 quotes from companies near us and Mid-Atlantic was about 40% lower than the other. Their work was of high quality and done quick. With the back-lit sign, they told me that they'd be able to install within a week of approving a proof, but they showed up a day or two after I approved the proof to install the signs. If you are in the area, or even not so close, I would suggest using these guys!

They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, task oriented and respectful of my budget. I didn't know exactly what it is that I needed. Dave explained my options and I ordered three foam board mini posters. When he delivered them two days later, he handed me four posters and said that he had some extra material left over and put it to good use. David and his staff helped our church design a large outdoor banner for Easter. He went totally above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met, and even installed the banner on a Saturday so it would have maximum impact for Easter. Great communication back and forth through the whole process I'm sure we weren't the largest job David was working on at the time, but he made us feel as if we were.

This company has very reliable and friendly customer service. The owner always returned my calls promptly and I could tell he was willing to go above and beyond to meet any of his customers needs.
