Insurance fraud! My insurance was billed for 2 visits for me in one day. I was there one time. I was there for a checkup for my blood pressure medicine refill. They submitted a claim for a well check for which I had no copay. Then they submitted a claim for a sick visit. My insurance only paid the first claim. I got a bill for 32 dollars. The office told me the insurance didn’t pay. The most I should have had to pay was 25 dollars on a sick visit. I called the insurance company. They said the office would have to cancel one of the claims for it to pay anything else. The woman at dr keels office was very rude. And she told me I was treated for elevated blood pressure and depression. My blood pressure was not high and I am NOT depressed! I never even discussed depression and was not treated for it. My insurance company is sending me copies of both claims and depending on what they were charged for the office may be investigated for fraud. If you have been there check and see what your insurance was billed for.

Dr Keel is my primary care doctor. He and his staff are caring and professional. I get the needed lab and X-rays there so I am not going all over town or waiting for days to be seen. I am very pleased with this clinic.
