Be very careful. Be very careful. The owner Randy doesn't keep his word. I can tell you the work he did for me was poor at best. I now have cracks on my lanai deck, he won’t do anything about them. The patterns don't match. When his subs painted the job didn’t match my original house paint. His sub-contractors destroyed my lawn when a tractor they used dripped oil. I made the mistake of allowing the owner to put down someone else’s (problems) grass and not new farm grown grass. He did tell me that if it didn't work out that he would replace the grass at no cost to me. First I got mole cricket from the grass that took me 1 ½ years to get rid of, secondly, the grass was full of weeds. It didn't work out and now he has told me that he won't replace it. The project took much longer than he said it would take to complete. I say buyer beware. I made the mistake of paying him before the entire job was completed. A big mistake. The man doesn’t keep his word. This is just my opinion and a review of the work completed.
