Chuck's Electric

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!Well for God's sake DON'T call Chuck's Electric unless you like waiting days for them to show up and they don't. I hired them two years ago to replace the main ($$$$$) and some other things with outdoor lightening. The job was close to $1,000 and they couldn't get here fast enough. Were here the next day.Now I told him I needed little things done and he has cancelled twice and then today (08/14/17) just didn't show up. I called the owner's personal cell phone and he wouldn't answer. I also left messages the week before at the business number FIVE times and no one returned my call. I had Paul's email so emailed him on a Friday. He called on Monday and said he didn't know anything about the calls. Said he would be there on Wednesday afternoon. Called him about 4PM. Said he would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for Friday afternoon. waited all day and he called him about 2:30 PM. Said he would be here by 4 PM. He called at 4:00 PM to say he was stuck in N. KY bridge traffic and would be here later. Then called at 6:00 PM to say he couldn't make it as he was flying out that evening and wouldn't make his flight if he came here.Rescheduled for Monday afternoon. When he wasn't here by 4:45 I called, he let it go to VM and did not call back. It is now 7:00 PM and no Paul (owner).So if you enjoy taking off work multiple times, sitting and waiting for electricians who don't show x 3, a company that cherry picks jobs, and desn't return phone calls. By all means hire Chuck's Electric.BTW: the owner's name is Paul and who I dealt with each time, not a staff member. Chuck was his father.
