Fantastic service. Fast, informative, easy. Had my new machine re-imaged and updated. Included the latest software updates and couldn't have been more friendly in instructing me what was done and how he did it. Matt is the true technician. Also have brought my daughter's school laptop for repairs with the keyboard, and video card. Problem was fixed in 24 hours.
